heavy equipment in the energy industry

It's running smoothly: transmissions in heavy equipment and machinery trade event "large and special gear" on 15 And 16 November 2010 in the Haus der Technik in Essen
(Business Wire) Essen, 21.09.2010, whether wind turbines, cement mills, crushers, coal planes, bucket, marine propulsion or turbine-generators of energy conversion plants - even the biggest machines can not operate without a gearbox. Especially in the field of wind energy requirements are increasing steadily to larger and more powerful drive systems. This move the complexities of the actual overall dynamic behavior in the calculation and dimensioning of the power train stress and strain at the center. The classic design of the individual machines used elements (gears, bearings, shafts, couplings) under the assumption of steady loads and integration of application factors to take into account dynamic effects just is not enough. Another important topic in the interpretation of such drives is to determine the load distribution in the field of contact of the teeth of spur and planetary gear transmissions.

A new press portal for used equipment

Without hesitating, the ITO GmbH expands its successful path to a current project. With a press portal, which has been developed specifically for the needs of the construction industry, wants the International Trading Office GmbH in the market in the area of information gathering for the final win. All info is here.
(In-press) - According to the 15/06/2010 unwaveringly is the International Trading Office GmbH www. bagger24 .eu their success continued with their new project, the press portal. Again sets the International Trading Office GmbH new standards in the construction equipment industry and in turn are all excited. The team from the International Trading Office GmbH has, until recently the press portal of the construction industry filed to make yesterday's presentation a success. There have been stressing in particular the properties of simple information acquisition and construction of intuitive images that can stand out of the press portal of the plurality of offerings in this area. Retrieved from "revolutionary" and "milestone" yesterday was the speech, in which one can clearly see the importance of winning the press portal of the construction industry in particular and the International Trading Office GmbH in particular in construction now and will still win.
"We made sure that the press portal of second hand construction equipment complies with relevant quality

Excavators and earthmoving equipment transport safely

An excavator is an expensive investment that should be used as continuously as possible. Therefore, many construction companies to go on, excavators and new earthmoving equipment to rent for a short time. One hurdle is the transportation from site to site. Because not every truck can carry a large excavator.

For such shipments should be noted, many things. It starts with the vehicle: Normal trucks are not suitable for large excavators. Why does the special logistics Neumaier back on specially converted trailer. Furthermore, the legal requirements and regulations set certain limits, for example, the road traffic regulations in the transport of construction equipment. To apply for and maintain the necessary waivers also takes care of transportation logistics.

Schick she is still the Urauflage the Land Rover Freelander - but not without problems. The Used-Checker explained by an early representative gasoline engine with Rover as bitchy this model are ... The inspiration this time came from Brittany, a friend of my wife. Whether I have, in general, could recommend the early Freelander, asked the insurance broker. Given your profession, love Brittany, I advise - so in general - from the model rather I said. Above all, I must warn defektfürchtende aspirants before the junior Landy. Why? The Checker clarify this sequence. When the dashing Freelander a late 1997 roll as the first self-supporting in the Land Rover showrooms, the world is still okay, the people engages enthusiastically. But later shows that can lurk behind the charming appearance of evil.

buying machinery and trading of used machines

"Purchase of machinery and trade of used machines (09/28/2010)
Ancient churches. On 28 September 2010, the Chamber of Commerce office in the old churches, Wiedstraße 9, 57610 Altenkirchen a half-day seminar on "Procurement of machinery and trade of used machines" instead. Target group of the event, all these tasks assigned employees from purchasing and selling of new / used machinery and equipment. The participants of the seminar is an overview of the entire issue of the purchase of machinery and trade with used machines in the European Community (EC). Using the example of a manufacturer of parts for the automotive industry, Hans-Jürgen will show better, how can under an order of machines through a negotiation protocol, a text of the contract between the customer and machinery manufacturers are formulated. The event is to sensitize participants with respect to the purchase of machinery and trade with used machines based on the CE-marking.

machinery building is experiencing a flood of new orders

The Association of German Machinery and Plant Building (short: VDMA published) is still very good news. The number of jobs at the German engineering to rise steadily. Orders rose in June compared to the month of the previous year by 62%.
The turnaround in one year

Thus, the increase was in the first Half of one third. The June 2009 but was one of the weakest months in general. The producers aim for this year production growth of 3%, after having registered a decline from the previous year quarter.
The surge in demand from the domestic

Furthermore, the domestic business is growing strongly. This resulted in June, an increase of 67%. Much earlier we reported already in demand from foreign countries a boost.
Domestic business is benefiting from the indirect exports

The domestic business can benefit most from the indirect exports. This provided the German machinery and plant building industry to other local producers, which produce these plants once more plants for export. This is particularly the drive as well as the bearings for the wind turbines of the case.
The strong growth in demand from abroad

The growth drivers of demand from abroad comes mainly from Asia (eg India, China). Even Russia, the U.S. and Japan to come out of the recession. The most important single market by the German producer is China, followed by the United States. The manufacturers of Germany provide about three quarters of their assets abroad.
The load factor in July

According to VDMA, the utilization was 83% in the last month. The industry recorded last year with 69% still a low point. An optimal utilization would be between 85% and 86%. This could still have a shortage in production.
No uniform trend reported

In the industry can see however, no uniform trend. Areas that have come early in the crisis, such as textile machines, can now achieve huge gains. Contrast, areas that have come late in the crisis, such as agricultural machinery, continues to lag behind.

distillation machines

All machines have drivers. A distillation column is also a machine, driven by a reboiler. It is the heat duty of the reboiler, supplemented by
the heat content (enthalpy) of the feed, that provides the energy to make a split between light and heavy components. A useful example of the
importance of the reboiler in distillation comes from the venerable use of sugar cane in my home state of Louisiana. If the cut cane is left in the fields for a few months, its sugar content ferments to alcohol. Squeezing the cane then produces a rather lowproof alcoholic drink. Of course, one would naturally wish to concentrate the alcohol content by distillation, in the still shown in
Fig. 6.1.
The alcohol is called the light component, because it boils at a lower temperature than water; the water is called the heavy component, because it boils at a higher temperature than alcohol. Raising the top reflux rate will lower the tower-top temperature and reduce the amount of the heavier component, water, in the overhead alcohol product. But what happens to the weight of vapor flowing up through the trays? Does the flow go up, go down, or remain the same? There are two ways to answer this question.
